Special crops

An additional plant that has been successfully acclimatized by Eli Galili is the Autumn Mandrake (Mandragora autumnalis), a unique plant known in folklore medicine as possessor of lust and healing merits. It is considered a love-potion bestowing virility (veritably nature’s Viagra) and as an “opener” of the uterus of women suffering infertility. Different parts of the plant, with its scented blossom and seducing flavor, are used for easing pain, anesthesia, scorpion stings and snakebites relief and also to staunch bleeding wounds.
